2. Scope
This policy applies to neximai.sa, the Nexim AI apps on the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android), the client portal, consultation requests, forms, the AI assistant, and other digital channels we operate.

Identity and contact data: name, email, phone number, organization, and role when you register, submit a request, or contact us.
Account data: login credentials, language preferences, and consultation or request history linked to your account.
